'La bella vita, It's a beautiful life, so let it in your heart, La bella vita, It's a beautiful life, no matter who you are' Bella Vita Clarabella or Bella for short, is a beautiful girl searching for her beautiful forever life. Will you let her in your heart? Try not to stare into those sweet brown eyes too long. You don't want to miss the doggie-toothpaste-commercial worthy smile. Oh, and those perfectly flipped ears with the black tipping, you can't pass over those! Bella is a 10 month old Chow Chow Mix. Weighing 50 pounds, Bella is spayed, micro-chipped, parasite & heartworm negative, fully vetted and UTD on preventatives. This girl ... (Read More)is ready to find her forever family! Fostered in Tennessee, Bella can travel anywhere from the Southeast to Maine with P.E.T.S. LLC transport.* Bella accompanies her foster dad to the office most days where she enjoys walks & visits to a city park. At home Bella enjoys her evenings playing & snuggling with her foster family. Bella is playful--you should see her bunny hop across the grass! A sweet & friendly girl, Bella loves to snuggle on the couch or accompany her favorite people through the house. Fascinated by makeup brushes & all things girly, Bella likes to watch her foster mom getting ready for a night out. Bella has a bit of a 'green paw' & a 'wanderer' attitude. While a securely fenced yard is required for play & exercise, if left unsupervised Bella will try to dig herself to newer places. Because of this Bella will require an indoor lifestyle. She has excellent crate and indoor manners & would be well-suited for either a home or apartment. An adult home without small pets would be ideal for Bella. She would prefer to be an only-pet but may do well with an understanding canine companion. A good student, Bella has begun basic positive training & socialization. Both of which will need to be continued in her forever home. Parties interested in adopting Bella may contact her rescuer/foster family at or 931-644-6426 for more information & an adoption application. Bella's $175 adoption fee will be donated to the rescue organization that helps facilitate her adoption. 'Pawing it Forward!' *The approved adopting family is responsible for transportation fees. What are you waiting for? Everyone wants a soft, snuggly teddy bear. You're never too old, either. Adopt your Bella Bunny Hoppin' Bear today! (Less)

Chow Chow Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament

Chuck is a 4 to 5 year-old black Chow mix who was found laying in a yard in the pouring rain. He had been hit by a car and had a leg injury. We picked him up and took him to the vet where it was determined that his leg was not broken, he just needed to rest and stay off the leg for a few weeks. He was put into foster care where he won the hearts of his foster family with his easy-going temperament and beautiful brown eyes. He weighs about 60 lbs and due to his size, would probably do best as the only dog in a family with older children. Chuck's leg is now completely healed. He is up to date on vaccinations and is heartworm negative. He has ... (Read More)a typical 'Chow' personality. Chuck also has a black tongue. He is a bit independent and bonds better with people than with other dogs. However, he got along with all the dogs at his foster home after a few days of settling in. Like most Chows, he makes a great watchdog too. He walks well on a leash, but is content to roam around the yard and lay on the porch. We do not know how he is with cats or young children. This sweet boy is looking for a home full of love! (Less)

Chow Chow Dogs can make good pets in Tennessee if they match your IifestyIe. The Chow Chow is a big furry breed whose name literally means Puffy Lion Dog. Chow Chows are loyal companion animals but can sometimes be stubborn, obstinate, and overprotective against strangers. Chow chows need to be handled by a firm master. Chow chows can be aggressive with other pets but most are good with kids. Chow chows can live in an apartment and are equally good as inside or outside dogs. Daily walks help stave off behavior problems, although Chow Chows can be resistant to exercise.
